Realm of the Dragons

High Council

 

The High Council is a group of dragons that is diverce depending on their elemental attribute such as earth, wind, fire, ice, darkness, light, ect. Each dragon represents its race and decides in their best interests. Long ago the dragon races used to fight one another for dominion over the other one. Eventually some began to realize how pointless it was and evently brought an end to this constant fighting and brought all the dragon races together under a council of dragons that would have to work together to get anything done. They would help end fueds for quarrels over things such as territory if a certain object belonged to another race and get things in order and bring peace to all of their kind.
